Delete Your Account & Data

Everlift ("we", "us", "our", "the app") lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and exactly what is removed.

Everlift is local-first: if you never created an account, your data lives only on your device and we hold nothing to delete (see "If you never created an account" below).

The fastest way to delete your account and all cloud data:

1. Open the Everlift app.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all synced data are permanently deleted.

You can still request deletion without the app. Email support@everlift.fit from the email address associated with your Everlift account, with the subject "Account deletion request".

We will verify ownership of the account and permanently delete it. We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account credentials and profile (email address, display name, preferences)
• All synced workout data (exercises, sets, reps, weights, durations, rest times)
• Body measurements, personal records, and progress history
• Any other data associated with your account stored in our cloud database

All of the above is deleted from our cloud provider (Supabase) within 30 days of your request. There is no additional retention period.

• Anonymous crash reports — diagnostic crash data (via Sentry) is recorded at the device level only and is not linked to your account or email. It is not personal data and auto-expires within 90 days.
• Data stored only on your device — anything that was never synced to the cloud is not on our servers. Remove it by deleting the app, or in-app via Settings → Delete All Data.

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. Individual workouts and entries can be deleted directly in the app, and those deletions sync to the cloud automatically.

Everlift works fully offline without an account. If you never signed in, your data is stored only on your device and never reaches our servers — uninstalling the app or using Settings → Delete All Data removes it entirely. There is nothing on our side to delete.
